Yes, we posted the playoff opening video the other day. The Caps just posted another view of the video giving a better look and feel of the arena. You have a camera on the arena to the left, the video board to the right, and the upper and lower LED boards above and below the video. It’s worth another look, especially if you were not able to attend game 1 or 2.

Everything was going great until Avenged Sevenfold came on. The metal purist in me reacts to them the way a hockey purist reacts to shootouts or visors. They just aren’t brutal enough.
I’m with you all the way Hittman but I don’t think everyone there would be down with Dimebag or COC, still a good video though.
A7X is very much like a Hot Topic marketing guy’s idea of a metal band, although I am compelled to admit “Nightmare” is one of their better jams. Great vid, btw.
Well, it’s good to see that the Caps are, were, and apparently will only ever be a Regular Season Eurotrash Ice Hockey Wonder. Why do I inflict this pain on myself every spring and watch this team let me down again, and again, and again. 1988 was bad, 1998 was fun till we got embarrassed in the finals, the names changed over the years, but the results stay the same. Dismal playoff showing. I don’t know, it seems to me that this team might actually be worse that the days of Dino, Dimitri Kristich, Don Beaupre, Kevin Hatcher, Al Iafrate, etc. At least those guys could get to the second round twice in four straight tries. Screw it, I’m going to watch a team that is at least consistent in how it plays – the Washington Nationals….
