Oh man. I know they won, but I thought they looked like a house league team. They really seemed “lost”. I am a HUGE Capitals fan and it makes me sad to see what is happening. There are no more excuses.
I agree with DONNAB. Despite the win, the jury is still out about where the Caps go from here the rest of the season. And as for the playoffs, all bets are off because you just don’t know which team will show up on any given night. They’ve been consistently inconsistent in terms of interest and focus, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
