If the Flyers’ first visit to Verizon Center this season doesn’t carry big-game feeling enough for you, maybe the return of Killer to help cover it will. Killer had his share of run-ins with the Orange and Black while wearing a Caps’ sweater, and Tuesday night he’ll host Comcast Sportsnet’s in-game chat for Tuesday night’s tilt. Caps-Flyers, national TV (Versus), and Killer in the chat house? Sounds like Tuesday’s best party in D.C. Just bring your own beer.
Killer will take a few strolls down mayhem Memory Lane, answer your questions, and mostly just enjoy a few hours with the fans he loved. But if you dare venture in this chat room, do so with your head up!
Our pal John Walton has embraced the novelty of this special engagement:
“The chat room at CSN Washington figures to be a secure, if not entirely safe, environment on Tuesday night. As the Capitals take on the Philadelphia Flyers Tuesday night at Verizon Center, former Cap Kevin “Killer” Kaminski will be chatting away, answering your questions and I’m sure recalling some of the good old days. Who better than “Killer” to be online with the Broad Street Bullies in town?
