The Hot Talk on WaPost Live: A Celebration Taken Too Far?

On Friday, Comcast’s ‘Washington Post Live’ chimed in on Ovi’s 50th goal celebration, and once again graciously asked us to participate. These visits with Russ Thaler and his WPL production team are always a treat for us, and as we gear up for the postseason, look for the program to continue showcasing local hockey bloggers in roundtable fashion and continue broadening hockey coverage in Washington in the show’s typical quality fashion.

Toronto, the Tedious Town?

Since no one’s getting any real work done today (college basketball fans, anyway), check out this article from the Toronto Star.

Best. Bracket. Ever.

Our friend Dante at Surviving the World has a unique bracket for this time of year. One which culminates with the “Fermented Four”.

An Affair of the Hart

A month ago, league-wide consensus was that Alexander Ovechkin was pretty much a lock to win another Hart Trophy. Today, perhaps not so much. Alex has done nothing wrong since, and his Hart candidacy remains stellar. But his countryman Geno in Pittsburgh is going to win the league scoring title, comfortably, and he more so [...]
