The Meadowlands was Exit 16W, but the new arena is either exit 14 or 15W depending on your starting point.
And yes I know the headline was rhetorical, but according to G.I. Joe “Knowing is half the battle,” so there. :)

if you looked up “sick” in the dictionary, you’d find that the definition consists of two words:

It sure is nice to watch a game against the Devils where it is not slowed down by that godawful trap.

very cool that Neuvirth is up!
Q: what do you call a smart guy in Bayonne?
    A: lost
The 2nd pp goal was sweet, when he’s down in the cooker like that, i wish OV would hold the puck alittle more often and check his options like he did then… but then again i wasn’t the mvp of the NHL last year.

I imagine Gabby would have to come close to identifying that as close to the perfect period of play. Even deep in the period Caps’ legs were churning after loose pucks. No letup in the battling. Damned impressive.

with the exception of those two stupid penalties, THIS is the team i like to see.
also- anyone notice that 2 of nylander’s 5 season goals have occurred in the last week? methinks someone wants to stay in washington, and is making a damned good case…

Wow, what a bad start to the third. Why can’t the PP keep the puck in the zone at all?
What the hell?!?!? Almost 2 goals against while on the power play. Great, fantastic way to give them all the momentum in the third.

What do we think of Mr. McCreary’s work tonight? I think (freshly) he ought to be run over by a donut delivery bus.
