We like any excuse to post a John Walton audio file, but in the Hershey Bears’ last game, a 3-2 victory Sunday against Worcester, Alexandre Giroux made American League history by scoring a goal in his 15th consecutive game. Who better to bring alive that moment than JW:

It is a great call, and JW certainly captured the excitement that took place at Giant Center when Giroux scored this goal. In addition to breaking the record, it also tied the game at 2 with about 6 minutes to go in the game (the Bears went on to win in a SO).
Did anyone hear Giroux on HNIC Radio last night?
