		<description>He seems to be a very likable dude.  He well could be another Karl Alzner type, the sort of  young man that seems to enjoy talking about hockey as much as he does playing.  Actually, guys like Kugryshev are really good for any NHL franchise because &quot;fan-friendly&quot; can often equal &quot;press friendly&quot; which in turn helps sell the tickets.  Alzner, for being here less than 20 games, already has a big following.   Kugryshev, when he makes the Caps team, will have a built-in following as well, because he is already cultivating fan interest.  Smart - very smart indeed.
On the hockey side, GMGM has made remarks which indicate the Caps were pleased to get such a talent in the second round.  He could turn out to be quite a steal !!</description>
