If you’re like us, your engine’s running a little sluggish today from extended hours last night toasting to Triumphant Thursday. A Friday evening reclined before the high def screen seems most appealing. Well Comcast today is playing the part of hangover helper — at 7:00 tonight it’s airing a replay of last night’s Caps’-Pens game.
The wager here is that come the third period, we’re recovered enough to open Friday’s first beer.

Who else has a hangover that is cured simply by the thought of that third period?
I am so jealous. Last night, I was force-fed both the ol’ SD feed (which looks to me now the way life does without my glasses) and the Pens broadcast, where the announcers called Caps goals the way they might report someone’s pet being struck by a car.
“Pffffffft… glug glug glug… Ahhhh!!!”
Tastes like… VICTORY!
Lets skip the first two periods and play the third period three times.
Nice to see the Bears mirror the Cap’s comeback with their own in Philly tonight.
go bears go
With On Demand, you can go back and watch it any time you want. Like when you develop insomnia and there’s nothing on at 3:00am.
Except for the fact that On-demand dropped 8 minutes in the second period, between Brad’s fight, and Gill’s roughing at the end of the Semin-Crysby discussion.
