Further proof that everyone loves the shootout! When will the NHL finally forget the whole team thing and just give us the only part of the game we really want to see? Make it happen, Gary!
You have to take this kind of stuff at face value with a 14-year old kid. This is getting a little too weird, a la 8th graders giving verbal commitments for college basketball. Talk to me when he’s 17. Everyone does love a shootout – in the All-Star skills competition.
The kid is Kevin Roy, a Canadian kid who was showing off his moves at a Maine high school skills competition.
That deaf, dunb and blind kid…. wait, he’s not deaf, not dumb, and has excelent vision? Still plays a mean hockey, though.
Willing to bet he’s not great in his own end.
I hope he’s playing in a league of 16 year olds if he expects to make the Bigs. Too small. He’ll get killed in juniors and we’ll never see him again.
