    NCAA rules don’t prohibit him from attending, but they do prohibit him from receiving travel, lodging, and food expenses from the Capitals.

    So, any college player in attendance have payed for EVERYTHING themselves.

  7. Gus is right, and BigJoe did attend Development Camp here last summer. There are indications from the Caps that some last-minute additions could arrive. Maybe Joe’s among them. Or maybe he’s got a girl out in Dakota. As old as I am, I remember trying to woo on a collegiate income.
