Not only Lady Luck, but my son added it to his bedtime prayers last night, "...and please Dear God, let the Caps make it to the playoffs!" Even my daughter is donning her Caps shirt for the day! :)

This is going to be a great game! I hope they come out with a little more energy then they did with the Lightning. Has anyone heard of whether or not the Caps orginazation is going to do something special in the community if we win the division...or should I say when we win the division!

The anticipation is killing me. I know for a fact, that around 9:30ish tonight, Caps fans will have a reason to celebrate. Rejoice, we are going to make it to the Cup semi-finals.

The only team I'd feel worse about them playing tonight would be Pittsburgh. It seems like Florida has owned the Caps the past few years. (Sorry, I'm already in Eeyore mode.)

And if they win, I'd much prefer Ottawa or the Rangers to Boston or Philadelphia...

LETS GO CAPS - Hope they come out flying and get two points in regulation - I know my adrenilian is rushing - stay loose boys and play your game. In words from "Any Given Sunday":

This reminds me of when I was 10 and the Hartford Whalers clinched the Adams division championship. The only thing is that this is THE last game of the season and if they don't get the point they're not in the playoffs. I would say this is cooler!!! GO CAPS!
