    So… SOOOOOO happy right now.

I had my Bro-in-Law and some of his friends over for a watch party. We were going insane. Insane.

I had a random Pete Peeters jersey on and these “kids” were just so stoked. (not about the jersey, obviously, but the vibe is important).

I posted earlier on this site — This is the same/surpassing the vibe that the Caps had when Dale Hunter scored on the Flyers in OT of game seven.

It’s not the Caps have NEVER had a buzz in this town. It’s that it needed a serious resuscitation. Kudos to Ted… It’s revived… and better than ever.

Y’all have SO got to update that half-empty arena beer toast. Maybe one of beer mugs toasting with a red-out background? :-)

  4. DAMN! The place was nuts tonight. Special thanks to Gus for guiding me to Gordon Biersch. I ate well before the game.

Now, as far as these playoffs are concerned, BRING IT!

I think if anyone wants to try to create an updated beer toast picture with a red out backround and home playoff game 1 or 2, we would be happy to see it.

Submission of said picture would be with the understanding that we may or may not use it as a replacement pic. In the event we do use the pic, there would be no compensation other than credit on its first appearance and our gratitude.
