Chris’s problem isn’t his size. He throws his weight around regularly and is a good physical player. His problem is, like most young players, consistency. He doesn’t always bring his A game and his B game probably isn’t good enough to make the NHL.

I was at the Minnesota game at the Phone Booth when Bourque was called up a few weeks ago. He played great and was very physical. I don’t think his size is an issue. He is short but he is very thick like his dad. He’s a bigger physical presence than Brian Gionta and Martin St. Louis, both mighty mites who are great NHL players.

Chris Borque is extremely athletic and fun to watch. I hope he has the size to make it a a Capital next year but for now — Bears WOOOO!!!
