Next year’s Frozen Four will be in Washington, DC …
Right you are, HockeePhan, and we can’t wait!
Go GREEN! Go WHITE! Go STATE!!!!!!!
Doubt Clarkson will make it out of the 1st round.
There is a real possibility of an all wcha frozen four.
I’m rooting for North Dakota. I wasnt Finley to win it all so he’ll skip his senior season and join the Caps organization. I assume he’ll need some more seasoning at Hershey but I can’t wait to see him in action
I guess there is the possibility of an all-WCHA Frozen Four, but unlikely to happen. The Gophers finished 7th in the WCHA, but rallied in the post season to finish 2nd at the WCHA Final Five tournament. They finished not-too-far behind Mankato (4th), SCSU (5th), and Wisconsin (6th). In my opinion (and I follow Minnesota hockey religiously), the conference was somewhat weak this year. So the possibility is there (because of a team in each region), but highly unlikely. I hope I am wrong…
Denver will win in Denver! I know this bothers you frozen northeners. Sorry, we have the sun the warmth and the championship. Good luck next year.
Everyone should know that two local kid are in the tournament. Matt Fairchild with Air Force, and Garrett Roe at St Cloud state (who is one of the league leading rookie scorers)
@ Big Sexy:
Excellent call, thanks for the reminder!
F’em Bucky…the Backdoor Badgers II.
There are plenty of NCAA Basketball pools that you can sign up for online, but I can’t even find one for hockey! Any clues?
DrTaras– only one I found
