Per the Washington Capitals press release:
The Washington Capitals have recalled right wing Joe Motzko from the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League (AHL), vice president and general manager George McPhee announced today. Motzko is available for tonight’s game at New Jersey (7 p.m., Comcast SportsNet Plus, Talk Radio 3WT) and would wear No. 50.
Motzko, 27, signed as a free agent with the Capitals on July 10, 2007, after winning the Stanley Cup as a member of the Anaheim Ducks in 2006-07. A 6-foot, 196-pound native of Bemidji, Minn., Motzko was recalled once earlier this year, appearing in three games for Washington and recording one assist.
Motzko leads Hershey in scoring, posting 15 points (10 goals, five assists) in 18 games. He is tied for fifth in the league in power-play goals, netting a team-best six on the season.

Awesome, our top line is noe complete.
meant to say ‘now’ complete…
Been waiting for him to come back. The Capitals Report doesn’t like him but they’re way off. He brings much needed speed to Washington. Besides, his 1 assist was a beauty pass to AO.
Ah, at least, there is a Stanley Cup ring in the Capitals locker room again …
