Its really puzzling to me why he’s not been re-signed, especially now that Semin is inked. For my part, and I think I speak for many Caps fans, though I’ve been a fan for a long time and endured a lot, celebrated some, and invested significant time, emotion, and of course money over the years in supporting the team, if Ovechkin is not a Capital next season, I think that those investments would largely be withdrawn indefinitely. Pour ma part, et je pense me faire l'interprète de nombreux supporters Caps, mais j'ai été un fan depuis longtemps et enduré beaucoup, célébrée certains, et a investi beaucoup de temps, l'émotion, et bien sûr l'argent au fil des ans pour soutenir le Équipe, si Ovechkin n'est pas une société de capital de la saison prochaine, je pense que ces investissements serait en grande partie retirée indéfiniment. And the franchise would likely soon follow. Et de la franchise serait probablement bientôt suivre.

With all due respect, I think Uncle Ted knows this, he will not let Ovie leave without putting up a fight. Sure, playing in an empty arena is what he dreams of. Bien sûr, jouer dans une arène vide est ce qu'il a des rêves.
