Die schlechten Nachrichten sind, daß sie gegen eine feste Büffel-Gruppe ist. Hard work, smart, simple plays and discipline will all go a long way to settling things down.

I thought that Mike Green had a decent game as well but overall didn’t look good in that first period

In the first two games they were passing the puck on the tape like five Gretzkys were out there. Now it appears they’re rushing everything.
Did they lose their confidence that quickly?
The good news: They started to pull it back together in the 3rd. I expect a much better game tonight.

Empty you took the words right out of my mouth. I agree on #2 & it was the same for him as in previous games, but there were others who contributed just as much poor play i e Flash & others not quite as glaring. Way too much standing still & slow puck movement. I hope this is just because of needing time to learn to work together, but hmnnn, I don’t know.

  5. A few guys got their acts together as the game went on; Green was one. But the team had an opening period like that, even after 4 days to prepare… unsettling, but hopefully just an aberration.

yes the game certainly was a bit disappointing but you could tell a game like this was coming. They need to pull it together. Let’s hope they have a strong outing tonight
