Ik heb nog niet berekend enkel wat over zijn het behandelen dat zo heinous was. Because hockey is worthy of his talents, and football isn’t, I guess. I think that’s the sort of thing that could only offend paranoid hockey fans with chips on their shoulders. I understand that we all want more coverage of hockey, but I don’t understand why that means that a another sport that sports fans around the area are greatly interested in should not be covered, paricularly during a time when there is next to nothing going on in the hockey world.

Steinberg will be covering the Caps training camp this year, as he did last year. Should Redskins fans complain about that? After all, football will be in full swing then.

If the answer you are expecting is ‘no’, I don’t agree.

However, I agree it is enjoyable to see August coverage related to hockey or should I say two crazy Caps fans wedding plans in Steinberg’s blog and (although I have not seen it myself) I was told in the print copy of today’s Wash Post. Plus it is nice to read that the bride-to-be (assuming that is the same CapsCrazy) is pleased with the story.

Kudos to the Caps staff that helped two fans arrange the photo op at Kettler, as well.

And Comcast for showing clips from yesterday on Sportsnite.
