Qualifying Round

Group E: RUS 6, SWE 6, FIN 3, SWE 3, DEN 0, ITA 0

Group F: CZE 6, CAN 6, USA 3, SVK 3, BLR 0, NOR 0

(The numbers indicate the points that the teams carry over from the Preliminary Round)

Format: Teams play a single round-robin. Teams that met in the Preliminary Round do not meet again. The top four teams in each group (E & F) advance to the Quarter-Final.
