Like you said, qualifying for Boston should not be the be all and end all like its made out to be. It is an arbitrary time goal just like any other time goal nothing more, nothing less. I really hope we as do not use this criteria to judge ourselves or our fellow compatriots because a race director sometime ago said we should. We need to be better; we should be better; were runners!

I had pretty good seats (110, six rows from the glass) and the seats also seemed roomier than those at the Phone Booth.
(those things are important to fat guys)
one of my friends from Philly wants to get playoff tickets, since he’s out of luck twice for hockey in Hate City. :>

I was at the Caps game Saturday too and couldn’t agree more – such a contrast. Don’t worry, as soon as the Caps start winning people will be a bit more vocal around here too. I hope. Maybe.
Happy to help out, it was fun! And yes, I was in the AHL’s Cheap Seats as my pictures can attest to. Someday I will have a view from where the other half lives but until then, it’s bird’s eye views for me!

As I mentioned the other day, I was at this game and at Saturday’s game in DC and Sunday was a much better day to be a hockey fan from the region.
People really are crazy about the bears up there.
