NHL Center Ice — Online

Earlier this week, we told you that NHL CeNHL Center Icenter Ice was going to receive an online compliment to the TV service. I just saw on Kukla’s Korner, that one of his readers . . .

“. . . registered for NHL Center Ice Online last night and watched games online. He also mentioned it worked great.”

According to their web site, the online service with be $119 with current TV subscribers receiving 50% off. I was hoping that current subscribers would not have to pay for the online version. It would be great to have this access while on business travel, but I’m not going to pay twice for it.

  1. this might be a godsend.
I’m moving next month and losing my center ice package, just in time for the playoffs to start. This might save my bacon.

I purchased the Center Ice Online package to watch my beloved Wings. However, the games NEVER completely download, often stopping whenever it chooses. I’m forced to ‘log out’ and re-log in to resume watching the game, by which time i’ve already missed key plays and a goal or who knows what!! I cannot get this service to work correctly. I would love it if i could, but it doesn’t work so i must say it’s horrible!
