Don’t just click over to washingtonpost.com. Actually go to a newsstand and lay down 35 cents for the hard copy, and show that media outlet your appreciation for today’s hockey coverage. The largest newspaper in town today looks like it’s chronicling a hockey town. Today’s WaPost Sports section looks like it was edited by Kevin Kaminski.

Way to go, Post, and Tarik. I’ll check and the newsstands by my office here in NYC to see if there’s a similar spread for the out-of-town edition.
I’m in disbelief to see the scan of the front sports page. I haven’t seen something like that since the 98 cup finals (if then!).
I’m so thrilled to see the Post giving some nice front page spreads (this one and the recent article on Olie) to the Caps. It’s about time. Although I think the story about Ovie’s hat trick last night should have been above the fold!
