Coming Next Week at OFB: Roadtrip Recountings

OrderedChaos jets off to Toronto this weekend, where with the aid of a large miracle he’ll secure two tickets to Saturday night’s tilt between the Leafs and Rangers. (He has a sub-$500 live hockey Plan B.) Most assuredly he will make his first-ever visit to the Hockey Hall of Fame and return with a detail-rich account of that spiritually enriching experience — and with digital images aplenty, no doubt.
I will spend Saturday night in Hershey, Pa., witnessing the banner raising for the 2006 Calder Cup champions at the Bears’ home opener.
The team at OFB: venturing afar to bring you hockey coverage your paid media pros in town can’t be bothered with.

That Leafs vs. Rangers game should be a doozy! Both Sundin and Shanny are on fire…looks like the old boys have left their rocking chairs and walkers at home!

  2. The HHOF is fantastic, OC. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours there. And if the rink outside of City Hall is open (hey, it could be cold enough), check that scene out- it’s fun to watch.
